Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days dependent upon stock availability. If a delay occurs or the product is out of stock you will be notified via email or phone.

When ordering  provide an address where deliveries can be made as we do not ship to PO boxes.

Please note that an additional shipping charge will apply where stairs or limited access such as apartment blocks. You will need to notify us prior to orders being dispatched so that no problems occur. If a problem in delivery happens and Linen & Oak was not notified the customer will incur the additional courier fees.
